Just go fk yourself

6 months ago, I Purchased the wrong game accidentally and asked for a refund. The response was no.

3 weeks ago, I did the same thing and then purchased the correct game. I then asked for a refund for the incorrect purchase. No response. I asked again because why shouldn't I be given a refund for a human mistake, and I had an answer. Their replies made no sense to the mild at best and quickly resolvable issue at hand. I mentioned the game; briefly; I accidentally purchased it was also faulty, and they jumped on that, saying if I played it, therefore no refund.
I’m looking forward to jumping ship to another platform. Any suggestions?

The worst customer service ever! I would not even give them one star!

My boyfriend has an playstation account. June 7th his account got hack and a game got brought for a $109. Soon I seen it I disputed it with my bank. And took my payment off my PlayStation account.
We also tried to get in contact with Sony PlayStation itself to no prevail. Now they told my bank that they can not refund his money back cause it 14 day past. How do you tell the bank that disputed it the same day that the money was taken to say you not going to pay that back.
Sony PlayStation takes money from it's account holders even if the account was unauthorized for the payment that's in question.
Make it make sense. I don't like PlayStation Sony

Paid for GT7 25th Anniversary Edition with MY MONEY and presented with Gr3 been FR or MR Regulations only? If I want 4WD in a gr3 Lancer I can by law have 4WD in my gr3 lancer ITS MY MONEY. I have hired a solicitor and taking the FiA to court for violating human rights laws making Gran Turismo 7s gr3 RWD only. The FiA can leave gaming and to back to their own real tracks and carry on as the FiA failing to regulate anything. Vermin. Video Gaming is tumbling and simulation and rwd is causing it. Could be worse. Could be FH5 - Logs, Rocks and Trees. Online Gaming had ruined everything. Anti privacy has ruined everything. Sony and Microsoft ruined their own gaming consoles. Rich - get their own way and tumble just as the Bible says. Can't wait. Really, I can't wait.

PlayStation have the worst fu/king customer service their customer service is pointless their customer service needs to be shutdown. They say they can’t take off the suspension of accounts and I would have to wait it out for some sh!t I didn’t even do

Shocking customer service

Waited for like 2 weeks for the people over at ps4 to merge their stupid play store with PlayStation plus hoping to play fallout new Vegas. Just to find out I needed to upgrade my subscription to play fallout and have to stream it. Just for the game to run like absolute trash……. It runs better on the Xbox 360. #seriesX

The new ps plus is bs and stupid they should’ve kept it how they had it I might switch over to Xbox bc ps is doing worse

A extra layer of subscriptions!!!...this is PlayStation answer to the cost of living crisis to charge more, essential, plus and Premium now, it was bad enough having to pay to play online, but now every parent is going to have their kid asking them to upgrade, rich get richer by draining the poor, same world over but using our kids to do it, SICK

Playstation is apparently very happy to scam its customers out of money when they move country. They have made it impossible to change the country of your account, meaning you can't add a bank account from your new country, and the only solution seems to be to make a second account and pay for a duplicate subscription if you want to keep playing online games that you have on each account.

When I tried to ask for help from customer support (by the way, whose only form of customer support is a Twitter profile?), I was repeatedly ignored. If Playstation cares so little about providing an acceptable quality of service to its customers, it won't have me as one – I've canceled my subscription and will be avoiding the PS brand from now on.

I preordered Horizon Forbidden West and it came with a figure, however the figure has been falling to pieces and I have tried multiple types of glue to try and fix it but nothing worked. I have tried to contact someone for help but cannot seem to get ahold of anyone or get any help I am livid.

Ever since Sony has used this new system, the help they so beaminly brag about is absolute trash. They don't help in the slightest. If you have an issue they have no idea what to do, other than tunr your system off and back on. Like we haven't tried that sevem times. Sony has become the corporate scum that everybody hates, Microsoft is looking like a fine switch from Sony atrocious support.
